I teach piano in the Cedar Mill area of Portland, Oregon.

I've been teaching piano for 26 years and have developed my own methods and principles based on Russian classical piano school traditions. My students inspire me to find unique approaches based on their individuality, experience, and imagination. I develop a personal program for every student based on his/her abilities, amount of time available for practicing, and musical preferences. My students play the best examples of piano repertoire from Bach to Shostakovich, and can choose what they like from several pieces which I pick and play for them. Syllabus exams encourage students to work hard to achieve their goals, while participation in piano competitions leaves them with the feeling of satisfaction and joy after performance on stage.

I teach students from early beginners to professional levels. The majority of my students are children from 4 to 18 years old.

I am a member of Music Teachers National Association (MTNA) and Oregon Music Teachers Association (OMTA). Before moving to Oregon, I was a member of Music Teachers Association of California (MTAC).

My studio is currently full. I am unable to accept new students.
